    This year, 2017, we celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Since starting the company in 1992 we have been privileged to work with hundreds of great clients and thousands of high-performing candidates. What began as a two-person shop has grown to a total of eight associates, with five search consultants leading searches from offices in Charlotte, NC and Kansas City, MO. Our current team members have been together for most of that journey.

    During this time our focus has been on executing outstanding executive search work. For the past ten years our search process has been driven by our “C.E.O. Process™” where we focus on understanding our clients’ Culture, Executing thorough searches and providing On-boarding assistance to help candidates transition effectively in their new role.
