Desk Review

We will meet with the hiring executive/search committee at approximately the six week mark of the search to review a slate of well qualified candidates, and determine who are most appropriate to schedule for on-site interviews.


Good communication is critical and sometimes challenging; we will update our client at least bi-weekly by email or phone. In addition, we will use our secure file sharing service to share information regarding the search - engagement letter, position description, bi-weekly email updates, resumes of potential candidates and other pertinent search related information.


If the successful candidate leaves within the first year, for any reason, we will replace him/her at no additional fee expense.

Follow Up

We will maintain bi-monthly contact with the successful candidate and the hiring executive for at least two years to ensure a good transition.
